Our team met in London: software developers with more than ten years of experience, and HR people who know the work.
Together we built HR software for other companies, much of it for healthcare.
In 2023 we started our own HR software company, Botlab Technologies, later renamed Root HR .
In 2026 we registered roothr.ai, our research and development lab for AI.
